Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service & Part Replacement Policy: "If any issue arises after refilling due to weak or damaged internal parts like the Drum, PCR, Wiper Blade, or Roller, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new spare parts.
No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds once the toner/ink is filled.
Part Charges: If a part needs to be replaced to ensure print quality, the cost of that part must be paid by the customer.
Quality Assurance: Print Fix will provide free labor/service to fix any refilling-related issues within 12 hours, but any 'Hardware/Spare Part' cost is extra."
